Just upgraded to 68.3.1 Now my font size is very small. Went to change it and nothing changes. Can move it up to 64 font size and it remains small. Rebooted several times....nothing changes. So how do i increase font size now with this new upgrade?

Do you mean the fonts in message bodies or the menus, Threads and Folder Panes? Here is a method that applies to all of them:

In Mac, follow same links (as below for Windows) to General Config. You will get a warning. Be brave and open the next window find "layout.css.devPixelsPerPx". You can modify the font size in a little pop-up window if you click on this "layout…" command. 1.0 to 1.5 was fine for me. (A smart programmer could write a link between the Thunderbird Inbox and this command.)

For Windows, open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor, or click the 3-bar icon at the upper right, Options/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor, right-click the preference layout.css.devPixelsPerPx, Modify, and enter a value of 1.20 or 1.25 or 1.5 or 2.0...
