I want to backup all Thunderbird Settings: server settings, name, password, email, Filter rules ... Everything. Is there a specific folder(s) that contain all this data?

Backup everything by copying the .thunderbird folder, and restore by copying it into the same location on the same or another computer:

I read the documents the link points to. It never truely defines what is included in the "Profile". It merely says account settings are saved, but I don't want to find out I trusted it only to find out I was wrong to do so having been way to trusting in the past. So if you don't have personal experience and only point to a document, save yourself and others the time and aggravation of bad information.

Perhaps you should spend some time reading about the contents of the Thunderbird (or .thunderbird) folder. It contains the Profiles subfolder and profiles.ini, among other items, and Profiles contains subfolders for each profile. The profile folder's contents are described here.

Yes, I do have 'personal experience' with this method, and have mentioned it to hundreds of other users on this forum who have reported their successful application.
