firefox will not sync on pc

fresh install win7 on one of my pc's everything fine but firefox will not syn with other 2 pcs one win10 and other win7..these 2 sync fine.All have firefox 68 updates. reinstalled firefox on pc in question and even tried disconnect and reconnect sync several times. I have did fresh installs several times with no issues over the years. Any ideas would be appreciated. Note I am running kaparsky free and have also tried shutting it off.
