Right clicking with Apple's magic mouse sometimes automatically clicks the back button in the context menu

If I right click on a page and my cursor is stationary, everything works. If I right click and my cursor moves to the right slightly (which happens a lot when working quickly) the back button is automatically triggered. Similar archived issues all were solved by the person realizing they edited user agent styles which I have never done. In the provided gif, I right clicked and just moved my cursor a few pixels.
