I can not choose the bookmarks folder I want when I save a page

with version 67.0 for windows 7, 64-it a couple of surprising things happened: 1) I can not choose the bookmarks folder I want when I save a page. There is no scroll bar to let med go beyond the three first, An yes - show editor is enabled

Hi Sign_up, you may need to "expand" the three top-level categories. Depending on your system theme, the little "twisty" control at the left may be very pale:

You either can use the mouse to click, or if the highlight bar is on the item, you can use the right arrow key on the keyboard to expand the folder.
