Example: you want to forward three emails to someone Option 1. Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and select three emails in the 'Thread Pane' list using the mouse, so all three are highlighted. Right click on the highlighted emails and select 'Forward as Attachments' A new Write window opens showing the three emails attached. Complete all details etc and click on 'Send'

Option 2 select one email in Thread Pane Click on 'Forward' A new Write window opens and the forwarded email appears inline within the email. Remove any sensitive data such as email addresses. You can then left click and hold down on any other email in the Thread Pane and drag it into the area to the right of the 'From' address to add as an attachment.
