multiple volume instances after firefox is closed

I see multiple volume instances for Firefox in the volume mixer. These controls stay open even after the browser is closed. So you can have 20 plus volume controls but not showing in task manager. If the OS is restarted they only start stacking back up after Firefox is reopened closed. I have not done a deep dive on this, checking to see if anyone on your end is aware of this or if there is a fix, its hard tracking down which volume control you should be looking for when you have twenty of them.

I am running Windows 10 Pro x64 and Firefox 66.0.2 x64.
