Firefox a PC becomes unresponsive when Firefox is syncing

more options

Hi,

Firefox works like a charm, it is a brand new installation; when I sign in into Sync, after few seconds my HDD led starts blinking, then it stays still on, then PC becomes unresponsive. Firefox 64.0.2 (64-bit) + Linux Manjaro

Eventually I need to hard reboot PC, delete ~/.mozilla folder and everything works.

Maybe I am going to collect a bunch of debug log.

Regards, Danilo

Anytime I get weird problems like that, the first thing I do is turn the "Use hardware acceleration when available" off under Options->Performance

You should try to reset your installation by going to Help -> Troubleshooting ->Refresh. First try the option to restart with addons disabled.

If you have an anti-virus program, pause it and try again.

If all else fails, you may visit accounts.firefox.com and delete your account and start over.
