Thunderbird is sending emails twice, immediately. Why?

When sending email thru Thunderbird on PC, sentbox always shows emails sent twice (but only received once).

If I send email thru my phone, sent mail shows sent only once, so I know it's a problem with Thunderbird.

Any ideas?

It's a Hotmail account.

I made your adjustment and it's all set now.
