when i send a message why does my email come up 3 times in the senders box
when I send a message to a contact my email as senser shows it 3 times is that supposed to do that is my email corrupt

can you please tell me why all of a sudden when i type a name in the TO line that the names type in red instead of black..yet when I click the name to the TO they are black. It was in black up until recently.Some tech said my email was corrupt and that is why. Do I need to manually re insert all the contacts to make then go to black. Or do I need to uninstall and reinstall Thunderbird which Id rather not do because i will lose all the drafts . It coming up in red is like it is not recognized in the contacts list. I am also sending you a n image that i do not know why I am getting and it is happening on every thing I send to my drafts folder

There is nothing technically wrong with the 'From' information as shown in the image below.
But it can be improved. Do the following to double check everything is set up as required.
- right click on the mail account name in the Folder Pane and select: 'Settings'
- Where it says 'Your Name', remove what is in that location and type your name.
- click on 'OK'
- Click on 'Address Book'
- select 'Personal Address Book'
Is your own email address entered as a contact in this address book ?
- If no, then add yourself as a contact and put your own name as you would like to see it in the 'Display' field.
- select the option 'Always prefer display name over message header'.
- click on 'OK'
- 'Menu icon' > Options' > 'display' > 'Advanced' tab
- under 'Display'
- select the checkbox 'Show only display name for people in my address book'
- click on OK

Please do not use capitals as in a forum it is contrued as shouting. You may not be aware of this, so I'm giving you a heads up as information.
Also, you asked the same question only two minutes apart and received responses within half an hour which is a quite a quick response. People volunteer help from all around the world, so sometimes you may need to wait for responses due to time zones.

is there an extention to oeon in box automatically i have one that i got from linked in that works but i can not update it. would like it to open the in box automatically
