Since I installed Thunderbird 60.4.0 32-bit on my Windows 10 system a day or two ago, a new behavior occurs at startup. Instead of the first screen being my inbox (since that's what it was when I exited TBird last), it always displays my home page ("Thunderbird Mail - username") for a fraction of a second first and then shows my inbox. This never happened before the latest update; I have not made any changes except the update. "Show the Start page in the message area" is unchecked. Is there a way to disable this home-page flashing?

What is flashing is "Account Central" not the start page. It is a known issue with no current solution.
