Why do I need to be directly on a bookmark label to activate it?
I may be wrong, but I remember being able to click on a Bookmark space along its width of the bookmark sidebar. Now, in order to activate a particular Bookmark, I must actively move my pointer directly over the word, label, of the Bookmark.
I notice a difference, because it never used to be such a pain to browse like it seems to be now. Oh my, the trials a tribulations of the world.
Am I imagining things. Has there been a change to Firefox's Bookmarks ? At any rate if there has been a change, I would respectfully like to put my vote in to change this change back please.
Thanks,
Wayne

I do know I sounded a little concerned in my original post, I apologize, but is there anything that can be done ? It would be easier if you could click anywhere on a Bookmark row to make it activate. Is there anything that can be done ? Thanks, Wayne
Where (in what drop-down list) are you clicking the bookmark?
You can add the "Bookmarks Menu" button that shows the bookmarks in a drop-down list to the Navigation Toolbar via these steps:
- click the bookshelf icon on the Navigation Toolbar or alternatively use the Library menu in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list
- click Bookmarks
- click "Bookmarking Tools", then click "Add Bookmarks Menu to Toolbar"
You can also drag the Bookmarks Menu button from the Customize palette to the Navigation Toolbar

OK, With your help, I hope you like people that find their own answers. :-) I started from the start. I went to View>Sidebar> and instead of the check being by Bookmarks it was by an Add-On I have, Bookmark Search Plus. When I switch back to regular Bookmarks, everything was back to normal. It was your inspiration that led me there. I do Thank You So Much, Wayne
