Hi, i recently installed Thunderbird on a new PC. With the new version 60 i am unable to find option to autostart on Windows and show reduced in try.

Old plugin are no more working also if forced.

How i can report and ask to Thunderbird to allow Windows autostart and to allow start not at fulls creen but in the try with maybe icon of unread messages?

This is very important.

This is a well known issue and not likely to be resolved unless someone steps forward to adopt the add-on that provided this function, which original author has stated he his no longer going to support

There is an alternative method offered here: https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/minimizetotray-revived/reviews/1154742/ Another option is RBTray.

Thank you for this suggestion. When you will press the X program will normally close. Is a different way but can be a partial fix, solution. For now i think i will try to create abitude on new Thunderbird to not close. I will maybe try to use this for made it start on Windows minimized. Thanks.
