Sounds like a video driver or O/S isn't properly doing the settings.

I put mouse on 3rd monitor and it appears but part of it is on my middle monitor. I can pull it over but it's a pain

That would be a O/S issue caused issue. FF is a Browser and doesn't control with the O/S does.

So how do I fix it? thanks

hi, does it make a difference if you enter about:config into the firefox address bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up), search for the preference named browser.startup.blankWindow & double-click it and change its value to false?

Hiya Phillip.............I have not tried that :)

Well now my Firefox browser sometimes loads full on my 3rd monitor and no one has told me how to fix this :(

Phillip told me one thing see above but that looks risky to me. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks Natalie

a fix for this is developed for coming firefox versions, but till then you can apply the workaround i've mentioned - i don't see why this would look risky to you in particular... it just reverts the behaviour at startup to like it was in firefox 61 and before.

Ok thank you Phillip :)

I have a friend who uses Firefox on a laptop that was bought in July. Was working great now in chat it freezes after about 6 min and she is getting popups.......has checked not to allow. Could this be a malware or modem issue?

It has been looked over by a tech but I told her I would contact here her issues...........everyone is so great.

Thanks, Natalie

can you please open a new question for this separate issue? it won't receive too much attention at the end of an already solved thread. thanks...
