Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 28.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html If you use it Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.134 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Suggest down load 52.9.0 esr

it will be the last compatible browser for XP, Support has now ended and reached End of Life for XP/Vista

Uninstall Firefox and delete all Mozilla Firefox folders then re install version 52.9.0 esr as it will be the last compatible browser for XP. Please migrate to a newer operating system that supports modern browsers and security for all web users.

If this happens in other browsers then suggest update or reinstall your video card drivers as well.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
