I need to talk with a person

I am a senior citizen not computer wise and I am not sure about all the notes I receive. Can I talk with a person? The computer note said I need to up-date my firefox so I said yes. Then I get all these windows and I don't know how to answer correctly. I do not have a Smart Phone which it keeps wanting me to add to.

Hi, sorry this is the only way to contact Support. Would be happy to walk you through things. By the sounds of it you started a Sync Process. How about just closing all the windows and shutting Firefox down please. Then please start it up again and will hope all those windows have gone away.

Once open Firefox please describe each window that returns in point form and what each window maybe asking of you.

From this end it shows that you are updated to the latest version of Firefox.

I have gone out of the program and back in and it seems to be normal again. Hopefully I won't need any more help. If you show that I am updated, that should be all I needed. Thank you. Have a nice day.
