Quantum Firefox is slow on a fresh win 10 install and using a 1080ti extreme GFX what gives?

I have humoured this install and tried reducing threads but this is getting to the point where I hate Firefox.. As an IT engineer I would recommend firefox but no more!

It is slow and painfull at best and this new layout to look like Apple Crap well if I wanted an Apple I would buy one! MENU ON THE RIGHT NOT LEFT! Why do yo think you can simply shove this poor layout on everyone with no thought?

I am now at the point nothing you can say to tweak this matters, if it doesnt work on install its junk.. When I buy a car I dont have to assemble my own engine and likewise I shouldnt need a degree in coding just to make Firefox run properly instead of gig of ram for 2 tabs.

My journey with FF is coming to an end soon if this basic performance is not resolved. Stop adding more to it and fix what we have before the user base collapses . Im not interested in disable this or do that. Just fix it so on install it works without brain surgery or keep pre quantum active permenantly because once the last addons I use dont work FF is getting uninstalled for good.

For something I was once happy to recommend I would never recommend it anymore because its too much hassle to be bothered with. Sorry but its the truth..
