Why can I not access many, many websites?

Today, I suddenly started to receive the following error message when trying to access many different websites: You don't have permission to access "http://www.gia.edu/gem-education?" on this server. Reference #18.4c0fd717.1517951232.e47ac12

Firefox has always been my default browser and I have no interest in changing that but I did try accessing these same sites with Microsoft IE and with Google Chrome and I get the same result. Surely there is a fix for this and I would really appreciate any assistance.

So your saying when you use IE and Chrome and yet get the same error message?
