General issue with macOS 10.13.3
Hello, Today I have installed the update for macOS - 10.13.3. After the reboot and completion of that installation, I have very strange issue with few programs - one of them is Thunderbird. The issue render it completely useless. The drawing inside the window is somehow broken - only white and plain window is shown with black borders.
This affects all the windows - if I choose Help -> About from the menu, the About window is with the same issue. Though, the components are there, links and buttons are there and the cursor changes, click events work also as far as I can tell.
I am not sure if this is Thunderbird or actual macOS issue but this is affecting possibly many users now and escalation to Apple might be needed.
I have tried resizing the main window, maximizing, putting on separate desktop - nothing helped. Complete reinstall did not help as well.
PS: Somehow I am unable to make a screenshot, so I made a photo with my phone.

This is not clear. By "restart," to you mean reboot the computer, or re-launch the TB application, or what? In my case, even after doing both the above, initially the TB windows open with the same thick black border and white interior as you describe, and then after some delay, the window "normalizes" into the complete rendering of its content as expected.
Even if this "problem" has ended for you, it would be helpful if one of the TB experts could explain why and how it happens so we could take definitive measures to solve it and stop its happening.
