How do I stop web push notifications in Firefox 58 for Android?

There is no "edit site settings" option listed. It just has to the URL, and says "insecure connection".

An insecure site should not be able to enable web push. It requires that the site be secure.

Then how do you suppose I was getting notifications from them?
