So recently I've been having problems with Firefox and its been deciding that it wants to change my search engine to bing even though its been on google the entire time I've run it before. I have 3 plug is that are all disabled, no add-ons, no changes, nothing. It just went on and each and every time i close and re-open Firefox i gotta go back through and change my search engine back to google and I'm getting sick and tired of this process.

Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)

In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Remove “ Bing “ Anything.

Also look for SafeSearch, SearchAssist Incognito, FileConverter Addon, SearchLock, DiscreteSearch, WebSearch, Findwide Search Engine

Now do the same in the computer’s Programs Folder.

Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the Applications folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
