All I get when I open Fox Sports Go is a black screen but I can open using other browsers?

When I try to watch programs on Fox Sports Go I receive authorization but the screen goes black. I have tried it on Micro Edge and Google Chrome and don't have any problem. This is a new computer. It worked fine on my old one.
