Wrong full screen mode

When i use full screen mode, my windows bar disappears and on each side there is bagged strips. Idk what is that and how to fix it. (Thats not F11). Also that can be fixed by using F11 few times in a row until the next launch. Can't add image.

I have a similar problem: the task bar disappears when FF or TB are in full screen mode. The problem seems to depend on the screen resolution or on the use of an external screen with a notebook (Surface book 2 + Surface dock + NEC PA242W screen (1920x1200).
