I have read an article on the Firfox opening page few days ago, about VPN but I can't find that article any more, could you please help me finding that article?

Hi, the article was about the best VPN proxies that can be found on the net, there was a link in the article about a rating from an external organization (PC doctor may be?? PCmag?? I can't remember that either), and the article was giving the name of one or two proxies that worked well

I haven't saved that page in the bookmarks and now I can't find it anymore... could somebody redirect me to that article?
