on myheathevet.gov i have no permission to print off my information,i get a blank page, this always worked is there something to do to fix this blank pages come

on myheatlhevet.gov i could always print off my medical documents or anything like notes.the page comes up blank ,cant print nothing but blank pages. padlock saysyou have no granted special permison on site, verified bydigicert inc,under permissions i have no options to allow or block..site. pleez help, vet help desk is for these problems but no clue,told them i use firefox browser,need help from firefox people. pleez.
