I have a red screen with some text that is obscured by a box asking for a user name and password. I try to cancel and bit gives vme an error message for too many users The text on the red screen says I have been hacked and may have lost files There vis a message that tells me to call Mozilla support at the phone number I listed This is submitted on another device. I'm running windows 10 with what I thought was the latest version of Firefox

. Whenever you get a message / popup like that;

DO NOT USE ANY OF THE PROVIDED LINKS OR ANY PHONE NUMBERS ! !

Such messages are only Spam that could lead you to Fake Support. Not only can they damage or hack your system, they charge you to do so.

You can report such a site at; Google Report Phishing Page {web link} which is the same when done while on site by going to Help > Report Web Forgery
