I will say in this case it is the One Drive issue and I can not see it myself.
Though you mention a error, what error ? What video are you trying to watch ? Could it be breaking Terms & Services of One Drive ?
You will have to expand in some more detail please about this error as not watching it, when tells you do download it instead is not a error per-say.

You can open this video in the google crome browser and it will work fine. It's not a problem One Drive. Error screen: https://prnt.sc/fpfbxy I am a representative of the recording studio Cyrillic. We have rights to this video in Russia so it not be breaking Terms & Services of One Drive.
What extension is the video file please, MKV or MP4 or ???
The bug.mp4 file works for me on Linux.

No, I did not experience any problems with other video files. This problem was also replicated on another computer with Windows 10.
