Install stuck on Extracting. Tried solutions with no luck...
My firefox browser stopped working. I deleted the firefox folder in program 86 folder and doesn't help install process. it gets stuck at Extracting 0%....

hello, please see if it is working correctly with the full installer that can be obtained from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
if that doesn't work, then next to the security software already in place, please run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.

I have eset security AND did a Malwarebytes scan and to no avail. what next??
Wait! I downloaded the one from the all page. I don't know what happened but it seems to work now. Got past the Extracting process....
