How do I prevent TalkTalk webmail lock out after printing.

Whenever I print an e-mail from TalkTalk web mail, opened from the Firefox web site, I cannot get back to my in-box. Closing the e-mail automatically logs me out and I have to log back in if I need to view other e-mails. Have been in touch with TalkTalk support and, on their advise, tried accessing and printing using a different web browser for accessing TalkTalk webmail. Had no problem using this altenative web site. Their advice was that problem was with the Firefox web browser. Are their any plans to update Firefox in order to resolve this issue?
