Extra Horizontal Pixel Above Tabs

For some strange reason there is a single, extra horizontal row of pixels above all my tabs. I have tried starting in safe mode, resetting views, etc. but it is still there.

I've taken screenshots for you to see what I mean. If I put my cursor in the very top, right corner of the screen I cannot click it: http://i.imgur.com/hMi2INe.png

If I put it one pixel lower I can close Firefox. Same with trying to click tabs. None of my other programs have this extra pixel: http://i.imgur.com/QgMDxbn.png
