Can't reset forgotten master password

I followed the instructions in Firefox help by entering this URL: chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul What comes up is the text that should appear in the reset form along with a yellow triangle warning icon. The reset form doesn't come up and I can't get to it. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Forgot+my+master+password Resetting your master password will remove all of your saved usernames and passwords.

You can rename/remove the logins.json and key3.db file in the Firefox profile folder to start with a fresh password database filed. Note that you need to set a new master password.
