Why In Firefox if I left-click and hold down the mouse left-click button and try to drag a folder to organize, does the browse window close?

Does Firefox crash or does Firefox close unexpectedly?

You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks and history) in the Firefox profile folder.

After I posted yesterday, I went back and it didn't do the unwanted closing of the window. But today it did it again immediately after I opened "Show All Bookmarks" and started to move bookmarks. Firefox closes completely and I have to open it again.

Are you using Sync to sync the bookmarks?

You can try to do a cut and paste instead of dragging the bookmarks, especially if you try to move more than a few. Dragging is a very complicated action and I wouldn't recommend dragging more that a few bookmarks at once. Most of these actions are done via JavaScript and not via fast C++ code.
