There was an issue last week when some hotmail accounts were not working with TB, me included. MS has now fixed the problem, but my hotmail account is no longer included in the Unified View. How do I re-include this account into the Unified View please? Thanks

Changing the account settings should not stop the account from being visible the same way as it did before. However, perhaps it is just no longer included in the Unified Folder view, and you need to reinclude it.

  1. In Unified view, right-click the Inbox - You should see "Edit Saved Search Properties for Inbox"
  2. Click the Choose... button and select all Inboxes to include in the view

You may need to expand parts of the folder list view by clicking the arrows.
