I have 4 people I send email to regularly where the message comes through in an unintelligible mess of letters and characters. Almost like it is in machine code.

The only way to get around this now is to send everything I need to communicate in an attachment.

The scrambling only occurs in the actual message itself, not in the addressing or the subject line.
