Sync not working; unable to import favorites too

Running FF v31. Set up new Sync account from old computer with all of the Bookmarks. Sync account looks like it logged in on new computer, however nothing is Sync'ing. I also attempted an export/import from old to new laptop. No joy. Any leads or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
