(OSX El Capitan) How do I stop bookmarks window from opening in full screen?

When using Firefox 48.0.1 in fullscreen mode on OS X El Capitan opening history/downloads/bookmarks window using Cmd+Shift+B opens it in a new screen right next to the screen with active FF. Only way to move between those two is using either Ctrl+arrow or the swipe gesture.

What it used to do (and what I want to do) is in Mavericks using Cmd+Shift+B would open bookmarks window in the same screen the FF program was in so that you could use Cmd+` to move between those two windows.
