Having problems with listings on various sell sites not containing the same information as other search engines.

I manage an Ebay internet store. In the last 3 weeks, I have had to list about 1000 new listings. For some reason, the listings are showing up on the other search engines (Google & Internet Explorer) how they were created. When that same item is pulled up on the Firefox search engine, my description is completely gone. I have talked to ebay about this and the problem is not on their end. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox to ensure that I have the latest version. It did not make a difference. Is there something that I can do to fix the problem?

Since you used the phrase "the Firefox search engine" I'm not sure whether you mean on a search engine site like Yahoo, or on the eBay site itself.

If you mean on a search engine site like Yahoo, you are seeing what that site sends to Firefox. Probably not a browser issue.

If you mean on eBay itself, can you give links to three pages on eBay that do not match between your browsers, and mention the areas of difference.

I should note that if you are using a private browsing window, some embedded content may be blank due to the tracking protection feature, depending on the site where the embedded content is hosted. Please see the following article for more information on that: What happened to Tracking Protection?.
