If this is answered somewhere, I am sorry, but I can't find it by searching.

I am wondering why I can't tag anyone in a reply to a comment on youtube. Also wondering if there is a work around. I don't want to use another browser.

YouTube is in process of disconnecting Google+ from YouTube so this feature will no longer work (see the Google/YouTube forum thread answer: https://productforums.google.com/d/msg/youtube/Qqb7QKvESLI/eOlEnlbwhKMJ)
