We keep receiving back our emails saying there is a failure to send them. These are addresses that we have used many times that are now not going through. Thanks for your time!

Subject is "failure notice" from MAILER-DAMON@mail10.hspheredns.com

Message states: "Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mail10.hspheredns.com. I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses. This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out."

It came from a email providers server. I suggest you ask them why they could not deliver the message.

We usually have no problem with this person's email - we got several bounce backs on Monday from email's we never have trouble with. They all bounced back with a similar message, they were also different email providers.
