hmm f82 is making me think that when people get linked to a funnelcake version the link for stub (on Windows) may not work.

I am referring to the funnelcake 46.0.1 builds at https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/

They are 32-bit en-US builds that people downloading may get as no other locales get this.
