I cannot delete a T'Bird mail folder. Any clues please?

I was somehow getting my my significant email folder dropping messages after it got over 50 or so messages in it. So I created a New Folder for that account that solved that problem .. but .. I cant delete the Old Folder. Any clues please?

Please post a screenshot of your folder pane and indicate which folder you're trying to delete. http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-create-screenshot-my-problem
