I cannot download Firefox. I got through the process I've done hundreds of time, but this time it will not work. I have Win 8.1. Previous verions worked fine
I've been using Firefox on this computer for a couple years. Suddenly, I cannot access any websites with it. I can with Microsoft IE. It seemed to start when I upgraded to 4.0.2. I wanted to reinstall Firefix 4.0.4, but cannot download it. Even using IE, it hangs. What could be the problem?

You can check in the the Windows Control Panel if you can find "NVIDIA Network Access Manager" or "NVIDIA ForceWare Network Access Manager" and uninstall this software.
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.

- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
