I am advised that Firefox 43.0.3 is available, When I click on About|Firefox I am told that I have 43.0.2 and that "Firefox is up to data". When I open the web page https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/43.0.3/releasenotes/ it shows me the details but has a message "Congrats! You're using the latest version of Firefox".

When somebody posts Bug and a number it is referring to the general issues tracker Bugzilla.mozilla.org which is not a discussion forum like here. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=etiquette.html
