I've recently downloaded Firefox for iOS and it worked okay at first but now when I try to open it my iPhone goes off and starts up again. Is this just Apple's way of telling me they don't like Firefox?

Have you tried removing the app from your phone and re installing, maybe something didn't install right?

Yeah it's funny it works when I open it from the App Store but not when I open the app after downloading. I'll leave it for a while and see. Thanks for your help.

It looks like a bug in the software, What I think would be helpful is posting a bug onto the link below and see what the IOS Developers have to say. https://github.com/mozilla/firefox-ios/issues

I've escalated this to our help desk who should help you in a few days due to the weekend and holidays. Issues can be filed there (github) but it is not the best way to do so. So far, we do have a bug on file for this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1220847 I'll leave a note on the bug in regards to your experience.

Please do not comment or bug reports unless you have substantial information that benefits the bug.
