Redirected to chrome/global/content/netError.xhtml whenever starting Firefox, and get Oops message.
Whenever I start Firefox, the redirect to dead page occurs. After the first time, the browser works fine.
Chosen solution
You can check the home page setting.
- Firefox > Preferences > General > Startup: Home page
Firefox supports multiple home pages separated by '|' (pipe) symbols.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
