That looks like a problem with AcaTtsSapi5.dll that is part of Acapela Multimedia TTS (MS-SAPI 5.1 Layer for Acapela Multimedia).

If you have this software then disable if for now or uninstall it and contact Acapela for support. You may have other software that includes this component, so you can do a search for the acattssapi5.dll to see to what software it belongs.
