I have several filters. One is "Adverts" for ads that I want to refer to later, but don't need to have cluttering up my inbox. It seems to work for a couple of the entries but ignores the rest. I've checked the spelling and they all seem to be correct. My settings are as follows: Apply filter when manually run, Apply filter when getting new mail, filter before junk classification, match any of the following, From contains (followed by the name of the vendor, such as honda, staples, cvs) , Move messages to Adverts

This is a support forum for Firefox. You will have to contact your e-mail provider for help.

Have the filters send everything to your "junk" folder, but set up a "safe" list for those you want.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
