Is "Open Containing Folder" in the right-click context menu enabled?

If "Open" and "Open Containing Folder" in the right-click context menu in the Download Manager window are grayed then that means that the file is no longer in the original download location and they may have been removed by Anti-virus or cleanup software if you didn't remove the file yourself.

Otherwise you can try to copy the download link to the clipboard and see if you can request the file another time.

Thank you for your feedback. When downloading pdf in firefox it can be retrieve only once but other downloads such as *.exe can be retrieve multiple times. I fail to understand the design where one download works different than the other.
