hi, do you use a custom windows theme and avast? can you try to remove one of those components and see if this crash continues to occur?
Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
The crash report flagged these programs;
msgHook.dll = MsgHook = Portrait Displays
JsonRpcServer.dll = AVAST
NamLux.dll = nothing found
Iertutil.dll = Windows (errors usually caused by a corrupt registry entry)
icudt52.dll = International Components for Unicode
Perform a System File Check to fix corrupted system files Win 7, 8, 10, Vista: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833
See if there are updates for your graphics drivers https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
Run a registry scan / repair.
If there is still a problem, disable AVAST as a test.
