I am unable to open any maps. this has been happening for about 3 months.
whenever I try to open any maps, the screen freezes and I have to go to task manager to fix it. this has been happening for the last 3 months.

hello, could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...
I cannot find the menu button. Surely you can do better than this. This is no help at all
